2) including "Présentation du Codex" (pp. 163 - 5) and "La
terminologie de l'époque utilisée par Erédia (pp. 166 - 8)
by J.G. Everaert. The facsimile of the Codex appears after
p. 168 and before the table of contents (p. 169). The
original Codex is at the Abbey of Tongerlo, Belgium.
