philosophy and the philosophy of law, which first appeared
in Latin as De legibus
ac Deo legislatore, Coimbra 1612.
There have been at least 15 subsequent editions in Latin
and other languages. The first 173 pages of the present
edition consist of introductory material on the life and
writings of Francisco Suárez by Gonçalo Pistacchini Moita,
including detailed tables analyzing the various editions of
his works issued during his lifetime.
